How far is Naka House from Chiang Mai Airport?
We are on Charoen Prathet Road in the Chang Khlan area, a five-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. Our shuttle covers this journey for overnight and suite guests at no extra cost.
Can I check in very late at night or early in the morning?
Yes. Our front desk is staffed around the clock. If you land after midnight or need to leave before dawn, simply let us know your flight schedule when you book and we will have everything ready for you.
What is included in the Daytime Rest Room?
A fresh, made-up bed with clean linen, a private rainfall shower, complimentary tea and coffee, Wi-Fi and a luggage hold at the front desk. You may also request a gentle wake-up call at any time before you sleep.
Does the overnight rate include breakfast?
Yes. A light Thai-influenced breakfast is served from 4:30 in the morning so guests with early departures can eat comfortably before heading to the terminal. The airport shuttle is also included with every overnight booking.
Is the Long Layover Suite suitable for families with young children?
The suite was designed with families and small groups in mind. There is a separate sitting area where children can play or rest while adults sleep, and our team is happy to arrange extra bedding or a simple meal for younger guests.
How do I arrange the shuttle to the airport?
There is nothing complicated about it. When you book, share your flight number and departure time. We keep an eye on any updates and arrange your car with enough time built in — usually 90 minutes before a domestic flight and two hours for international connections.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in Thai Baht, major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Payment can be settled on arrival. For suite bookings we may ask for a small deposit to hold the reservation.
