We had about seven hours between our Bangkok connection and a morning flight to Chiang Rai. The Daytime Rest Room was exactly what I needed — a proper shower, a made bed and somewhere quiet to lie down. The staff let us know via WhatsApp when our room was ready before we even reached the door. Very calm, very organised.

The room was clean and dark, the linen smelled fresh, and when I woke at 6 I found breakfast had been set out without anyone disturbing me. Small place, done very well.

How a short stay made a long journey easier
The Situation
A family of four — two adults and two children under 10 — landed in Chiang Mai at 11 PM after a 14-hour journey from Europe. Their connecting flight was not until 7 PM the following day.
What We Arranged
The Long Layover Suite was prepared for their late arrival, with extra bedding for the younger children. A light meal was available on arrival and breakfast was set for 8 AM. The team tracked their evening flight and arranged the car for 5 PM.
The Outcome
The family rested properly, saw a little of Chiang Mai in the afternoon, and reached the terminal 90 minutes before their flight with no stress.

The Situation
